In the heart of Boston's medical district, this 18-storey, 298-foot-high life sciences centre was specifically designed to facilitate laboratory work, clinical trials and health administration. Certified according to the LEED environmental standard, the building also houses a 300-spot parking garage and commercial spaces on the first floor.

The building is close to the 300,000-square-foot Children's Hospital, as well as Harvard Medical School, with its 430,000 square feet dedicated to teaching and research, another structure built by Supermetal.
