This prestigious one-billion-dollar real estate project includes the erection of a futuristic 51-storey office tower in the heart of Calgary's financial district. The impressive architectural design is meant to be a metaphor for the Rocky Mountains.
The AAA-class building is at the cutting edge of innovation and is aiming for a LEED Platinum certification. A second multi-storey tower is planned for Phase 2. Phase 1 includes a commercial space of 55,000 square feet, an interior winter garden, an exterior park and plaza, as well as parking for close to 1200 cars.
