Jacques Blouin is one of the three partner-owners of Supermetal Structures. An experienced designer and engineer, Mr Blouin began working at Supermetal in 1979 as a project engineer, estimator and supervisor of welding techniques. In 1983, he was made a vice-president of the company and has headed several areas of operations since then.
Mr. Blouin was awarded a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Quebec. He has also completed studies in management and in various disciplines connected with steel manufacturing. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers, the Canadian Welding Bureau and the Alumni Association of Laval University.
