Joining two pieces of steel is a craft that actually approaches being an art. It takes many years of patient effort and training for a welder to truly develop the skills necessary for structural fabrication. Fortunately for us, many of our welders and production managers have been with us for ten, twenty and even thirty years. We continue to develop our core group of production personnel through apprenticeship training programs and in-house promotions.
