At Supermetal, new employees wear red caps. This makes them easily recognizable so that we can look out for them, see to their safety and come to their aid more readily.
In addition to training those employees who arrive without experience, we also offer ongoing training. And that's not all: senior members take on the mission of welcoming newcomers so that they are able to learn as much as possible in the best possible circumstances - on the job.
